Job Description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Support Desk Engineer to join our Durban team. As the first point of contact for technical support, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by efficiently resolving technical issues and providing top-notch support.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and support requests.
  • Document all interactions and troubleshooting steps.
  • Assist with system upgrades and installations.
