E-commerce Manager

Job Description

As an E-commerce Manager in Port Elizabeth, you will lead our online retail strategy, driving sales performance and optimizing our digital presence. You will oversee e-commerce operations, manage a team, and ensure that our online platforms meet customer needs and expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of e-commerce promotional plans.
• Conduct market research to inform decisions and uncover new opportunities.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
• Foster partnerships with third-party vendors and service providers.
• Implement SEO strategies to improve site visibility and organic traffic.
• Regularly report to senior management on e-commerce performance metrics.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field
• Postgraduate qualification is preferable

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in e-commerce operations or management

Technical Skills

• SEO tools and strategies

Certifications

• Certified E-commerce Professional (CEP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
