Responsibilities

• Evaluate the effectiveness of existing HR programs and suggest enhancements.
• Collaborate with external consultants to integrate best practices.
• Research current trends in organizational development and HR management.
• Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
• Conduct exit interviews and analysis to understand employee turnover.
• Support the development of leadership programs aimed at future organizational leaders.
• Encourage employee feedback through surveys and focus groups.
• Work closely with the HR team to align strategies with overall business goals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or similar
• Master's degree or equivalent is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in organizational development or HR strategy
