Responsibilities
Draft, implement, and review benefits policies and procedures.
Ensure equitable access to benefits for all employees.
Facilitate partnerships with wellness programs to enhance employee health.
Create and manage benefits surveys to gauge employee satisfaction.
Collaborate on diversity and inclusion initiatives within benefits planning.
Represent the company in discussions with benefits and insurance providers.
Monitor and manage compliance with related state and federal regulations.
Analyze performance data and recommend modifications to benefit programs.
Assist in the onboarding process by introducing new hires to benefit choices.
Explore innovative benefits solutions that address current employee needs.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
Postgraduate qualification in HR is desirable

5+ years of experience overseeing employee benefits functions
