Job Description

We are seeking a passionate HR Benefits Manager to lead our employee benefits strategy. The ideal candidate will focus on enhancing employee satisfaction and engagement through innovative benefits solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, implement, and review benefits policies and procedures.
  • Ensure equitable access to benefits for all employees.
  • Facilitate partnerships with wellness programs to enhance employee health.
  • Create and manage benefits surveys to gauge employee satisfaction.
  • Collaborate on diversity and inclusion initiatives within benefits planning.
  • Represent the company in discussions with benefits and insurance providers.
  • Monitor and manage compliance with related state and federal regulations.
  • Analyze performance data and recommend modifications to benefit programs.
  • Assist in the onboarding process by introducing new hires to benefit choices.
  • Explore innovative benefits solutions that address current employee needs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification in HR is desirable
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience overseeing employee benefits functions
