As an HR Generalist, you will be at the forefront of our HR operations, overseeing various HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. You will work closely with management to develop HR policies that align with our business goals, while ensuring a positive workplace culture. Your role is crucial in nurturing talent and facilitating employee development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment efforts and manage the onboarding process.
• Ensure effective communication between management and employees.
• Conduct employee orientation and training programs.
• Evaluate and improve HR processes and policies.
• Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities.
• Manage HR analytics and reporting.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Additional HR certifications are preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of HR experience with a focus on employee relations
