Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Representative to join our team in Durban. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, a knack for problem-solving, and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, handling inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer queries and provide proactive support.
  • Resolve complaints graciously and efficiently.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
  • Communicate with other teams to facilitate customer requests.
  • Contribute to team goals by meeting or exceeding performance targets.
  • Regularly update knowledge of products and services.
  • Assist in developing FAQs and training materials.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss service improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric Certificate or equivalent
  • Higher qualification in Customer Service or Business Management is preferred
Experience
  • 1-3 years in a customer support role, preferably in a call center
