Job Description

As a Retail Manager at Retail Giants Ltd., you will oversee daily operations in our Port Elizabeth store. Your leadership will be pivotal in enhancing customer experience, increasing sales, and managing staff performance. You will be responsible for inventory management, sales forecasting, and implementing effective merchandising strategies. Responsibilities

  • Direct daily operations while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Retail Management
  • Higher certificate in retail would be advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in retail management
