Job Description

We're looking for a problem-solving Electrical Engineer to contribute to our projects in Durban. You'll work with a talented team on innovative approaches to enhance electrical systems, ensuring quality outcomes and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and enhance existing electrical systems.
• Draft electrical schematics and circuit designs.
• Support project managers in managing timelines and budgets.
• Develop and conduct tests for electrical systems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure comprehensive project development.
• Solve technical challenges in the project lifecycle.
• Assist in training junior engineers on best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in an electrical engineering role

• Power Systems
• Programming (C/C++)

• Analytical Skills

Certifications

• Certified Energy Manager (CEM)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in power electronics design: Skilled in designing electronic circuits for various electrical applications.
