Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will lead project planning, execution, and closure activities in Johannesburg. Your ability to build and lead cross-functional teams will be crucial as you manage and mitigate risks, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. We are looking for someone who is a strategic thinker with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish key performance indicators to evaluate project outcomes and effectiveness.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and project requirements.
• Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes when necessary.
• Conduct regular team meetings to track progress and resolve issues.
• Facilitate training and workshops as needed for team members.
• Implement project management best practices and methodologies.
• Assist in developing project budgets and controlling expenditures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field
• Master's in Project Management is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of proven experience managing complex projects.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
