Job Description

As an HR Generalist at Human Resources Solutions, you will play a key role in managing various HR responsibilities. You will focus on recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance with local labour laws. Ideal candidates will have a diverse background in HR and a keen understanding of HR best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the onboarding process and ensure smooth integration for new hires.
  • Review and update HR policies to reflect best practices.
  • Manage employee recognition programs and engage team members.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for improvements.
  • Support training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills.
  • Represent HR in various organizational meetings and discussions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Additional HR certifications are advantageous
