• Lead the recruitment and selection of candidates for various positions.
• Create and implement onboarding and training programs.
• Advise management on HR policies and workforce planning.
• Address employee concerns and facilitate conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and company policies.
• Maintain HR documentation and manage personnel files.
• Contribute to strategic HR initiatives that enhance employee experience.
• Assist in the development of employee retention strategies.
• Facilitate performance improvement plans as necessary.
• Assist in conducting regular training needs assessments.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Business Management
• Postgraduate qualification in HR is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of HR generalist experience
