The Bearingizer company is seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Bearingizer. The successful candidate will be responsible for bearing analysis and optimization, ensuring enhanced performance and reliability of bearings used in various applications.

Responsibilities

• Utilize software tools for advanced bearing analysis.
• Train junior staff and interns on bearing optimization techniques.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering department.
• Monitor and report on industry trends related to bearings and materials.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred

Experience

• At least 5 years of relevant industry experience

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of bearing manufacturing processes
• Proficiency in using ANSYS for analysis

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving abilities
• Leadership skills

Certifications

• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations: Awareness of ISO and other relevant standards for bearings.
• Experience in a similar role: Previously held positions that involved bearing optimization.
