• Develop aesthetic and functional design solutions for diverse projects.
• Produce comprehensive design documentation for client approval.
• Facilitate client presentations and act on feedback.
• Engage with vendors and suppliers for timely material acquisition.
• Supervise installations and ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Monitor project budgets and timelines closely.
• Cultivate ongoing relationships with clients for repeat business.
• Attend industry events and workshops to enhance professional development.
• Create detailed budgets and cost estimates for project execution.
• Maintain a portfolio of project designs and outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture or related field
• Master's degree in Interior Design preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in high-end residential or commercial design

Technical Skills

• 3D Rendering
• Material Selection

• Organizational Skills

Certifications

• LEED Green Associate
• Certified Interior Designer (CID)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with client presentations: Proven experience in presenting design concepts to clients.
• Proficiency in design software: Expertise in a variety of design software including AutoCAD and SketchUp.
