Job Description

We are searching for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our passionate team in Durban. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating their ability to transform spaces, ensuring both functionality and style.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design creative interior spaces that align with client objectives.
• Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for residential and commercial projects.
• Select appropriate materials, furniture, and decor elements.
• Oversee project execution from inception to completion.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure design integrity.
• Manage client communication and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or equivalent
• Additional certification in design software is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in interior design

Technical Skills

• 3D Rendering
• Space Planning

Soft Skills

• Client Relations

Certifications

• NCIDQ Certification
• Certified Green Designer

Languages

• English: Fluent
