We are seeking a talented Architect to join our team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovative design and experience in delivering high-quality architectural projects. You will work closely with clients and project managers to turn concepts into reality, ensuring that projects meet both aesthetic and functional specifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects, adhering to timelines and budget constraints.
• Develop and present project proposals to stakeholders for approval.
• Coordinate with engineers and other professionals to incorporate structural and mechanical systems into designs.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including progress reports and correspondence.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and interns.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Master's degree in Architecture is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of professional experience in architecture

• AutoCAD
• Revit
• SketchUp
• Building Regulations Knowledge

Certifications

• Registered Architect (SAIA)
• LEED Accredited Professional
