Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our dedicated team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in infrastructure projects and be able to work independently as well as collaboratively. Your role will involve designing, implementing, and overseeing various engineering projects while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage and execute designs for complex civil engineering projects.
• Provide technical advice to clients regarding engineering matters.
• Assist in the preparation of budget estimates and project schedules.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers and interns within the team.
• Stay updated on the latest technologies and methodologies in civil engineering.
• Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments as required.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering is a plus

Experience

• 7+ years of experience leading engineering teams

• Chartered Engineer (CEng)

Languages
