Responsibilities

• Design and execute engineering experiments to test process adjustments.

• Coordinate with IT for the integration of new technologies into processes.
• Facilitate workshops to promote continuous improvement culture within teams.
• Assess area layout for optimal material flow and efficiency.
• Develop standard operating procedures for new engineering processes.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with legal, health, and safety regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or similar field
• Relevant Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in industrial process improvements

Technical Skills

• Value Stream Mapping
• Root Cause Analysis
• Data Analysis Tools

Soft Skills

Certifications

• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor
• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)

Languages

• English: Fluent
