Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teachers to develop effective lesson plans.
• Assist in organizing classroom settings and learning areas.
• Help facilitate educational games and activities.
• Monitor student behaviour and provide guidance where appropriate.
• Conduct individual assessments and document student progress.
• Build strong relationships with students to support their learning needs.
• Work with educational staff to enhance the learning experience.
