Job Description

We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented Healthcare Administrator to optimize our healthcare services in Cape Town. The successful candidate will manage health information, coordinate administrative procedures, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, enhancing both the patient experience and the efficiency of our operations.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policy procedures.
  • Manage and analyze healthcare operations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate communication between departments and staff regarding policy changes.
  • Implement health information systems and ensure data accuracy.
  • Monitor expenditure related to administrative operations.
  • Assist in developing patient feedback mechanisms to improve service delivery.
  • Organize and coordinate training for staff on new systems and changes.
  • Support overall healthcare outcomes and quality assurance initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Administration or Management
  • Master's degree or equivalent experience is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years in a similar administrative role
