Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Kettleman to join our team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will operate and maintain industrial kettles that are crucial for our manufacturing processes. The ideal applicant should have experience in kettle operations and be familiar with safety protocols and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise kettle operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of kettles and associated equipment.
  • Record and report any defects or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
  • Train new team members on kettle operation and safety procedures.
  • Assist in the development of production schedules and strategies for efficiency.
  • Ensure that all materials used in the kettle processes are stored and handled correctly.
  • Manage waste produced during kettle operations and ensure proper disposal methods.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in kettle operations or related manufacturing fields.
