Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead food and beverage operations ensuring all areas are performing to standard.

  • Monitor staff performance and provide feedback for professional growth.
  • Manage procurement and inventory levels to minimize waste.
  • Liaise with marketing to promote special events and menu launches.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service through effective team management.
  • Review and analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with management to set strategic goals for the food and beverage division.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Science or Hospitality Management
  • Relevant certifications in hospitality preferred
Experience
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in a managerial role in food and beverage
