Responsibilities

  • Supervise the day-to-day operations within the restaurant and bar areas.
  • Train and mentor staff on service excellence and product knowledge.
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors for inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing laws and health and safety regulations.
  • Participate in marketing initiatives and promotional events.
  • Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Assist in the development of new menu items.
  • Manage budgeting and financial reporting for the department.
  • Foster a team-oriented environment that promotes growth and development.

Requirements

Education
  • Experience in food and beverage service and management
