Job Description

Join our dynamic team as an Event Coordinator, where you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of event planning from conception to execution. You will coordinate with vendors, manage budgets, and ensure that each event delivers a memorable experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative process for event themes and branding.
  • Establish relationships with new vendors and maintain existing vendor partnerships.
  • Monitor event progress and resolve any issues that arise before and during events.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at events.
  • Assist in marketing events through social media and other promotional channels.
  • Report event status to upper management and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Event Planning
  • Relevant certifications are desirable
Experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in organizing events
