• Mentor and guide junior engineers and interns.
• Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Assist in the development of maintenance protocols for machinery.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to manufacturing processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• Postgraduate qualification preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in a mechanical engineering or product development role
