Job Description

Join our Human Resources team as a Training and Development Specialist. You will play a crucial role in enhancing employees' skills and knowledge while ensuring their growth aligns with the company’s objectives. This position requires a keen understanding of training methodologies and a passion for employee development.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and performance improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and curriculum that meet organizational needs.
  • Design and implement performance management processes to support employee growth.
  • Collaborate with department heads to create succession plans for talent management.
  • Stay updated on learning and development trends to propose innovative strategies.
  • Provide feedback to employees on their development progress.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation and regulations.
  • Maintain communication with employees to gauge training effectiveness.
  • Advise managers on coaching and mentoring staff.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees with training sessions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field
  • Relevant professional certifications in training and development (e.g., CPTD, ATD, CPLP) are advantageous
Experience
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.
