Online Learning Specialist

Job Description

We're on the lookout for an Online Learning Specialist to enhance our online platforms. In this role, you will utilize your expertise in adult learning principles to improve learner outcomes and drive course completion rates.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement evaluation methods for online courses.
• Conduct focus groups to gather student feedback on course content.
• Develop strategies to improve learner retention and satisfaction.
• Establish partnerships with educational technology vendors.
• Provide ongoing support to instructors and students using LMS.
• Analyze learner performance data to drive course design decisions.
• Contribute to the growth and improvement of the e-learning department.
• Facilitate the integration of advanced technologies into the curriculum.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in online education or instructional design

• Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
