Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Teaching Assistant to help support our educators in Johannesburg. The candidate will play a critical role in enhancing student learning through various activities and support mechanisms. Responsibilities

  • Support teachers in delivering engaging lesson plans.
  • Assist with classroom management and behavioral support.
  • Facilitate group activities and projects.
  • Communicate effectively with students to enhance understanding.
  • Prepare and maintain classroom displays of student work.
  • Contribute to a culture of respect and kindness in the classroom.
  • Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Education, Early Childhood Development, or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Education is an advantage
Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in a teaching or assistant role
