Job Description

We are seeking a skilled E-commerce Manager to enhance our online presence and boost sales in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing our e-commerce operations, optimizing customer experience, and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive growth.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns to boost customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create SEO and PPC strategies.
  • Monitor competitors and market trends to identify potential opportunities.
  • Ensure that all e-commerce operations comply with industry regulations.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to improve conversion rates.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
