Responsibilities

• Analyze current financial data and project future financial performance.
• Develop and track departmental budgets and financial goals.
• Prepare presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Provide financial advice during the decision-making process.
• Identify trends and recommend actions to improve business performance.
• Collaborate with accounting to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Assist with audits and financial-related inquiries.
• Prepare detailed variance analysis reports.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in Finance or MBA is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years in corporate finance or related roles
