We are seeking an IT Support Technician who is passionate about technology and adept at troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. In this role, you will be responsible for providing effective IT support to our clients while ensuring systems run smoothly and efficiently. From diagnosing hardware issues to assisting with software installations, your expertise will contribute significantly to our operational success.

Responsibilities

• Respond to user inquiries promptly and effectively.
• Set up workstation hardware, software, and accounts.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Schedule preventative maintenance and updates.
• Support the implementation of IT projects.
• Train users on new technologies and applications.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant IT Qualification or Certification
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in IT support or related fields

Technical Skills

• Linux OS
• Office 365

Certifications

• ITIL Foundation Certification

Languages

• Zulu: Conversational

Advantageous

• Familiarity with cloud services: Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure.
• Experience with remote support tools: Proficiency in using remote support applications.
