We are seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst to join our vibrant Cape Town team. In this role, you'll conduct security assessments, monitor security systems, and develop strategies to safeguard information assets.

Responsibilities

• Assess and enhance security measures for cloud computing environments.
• Engage in regular threat intelligence gathering and analysis.
• Coordinate with external security vendors for assessments and audits.
• Prepare reports on security incidents and findings for senior management.
• Work on security architecture design and implementation.
• Participate in the planning and execution of security awareness campaigns.

Advantageous

• Familiarity with GDPR regulations: Understanding of GDPR for privacy and data protection.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, CIS): Experience with NIST and CIS frameworks for enhancing cybersecurity posture.
