Responsibilities

• Lead process design and optimization projects within the facility.
• Conduct experiments and analyze data to guide decision-making.
• Work with safety teams to develop risk assessments.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on project progress to internal teams.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Assist in the training of new employees on process procedures.
• Create and maintain documentation for all processes and changes.
• Develop cost estimates and project timelines.
• Collaborate with R&D teams on product development efforts.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in chemical engineering or related field
