• Manage project milestones and ensure timely completion.
• Implement innovative techniques to improve research efficiency.
• Facilitate training workshops for new lab personnel.
• Support peer-review processes for published studies.
• Assist in designing experiments that align with strategic goals.
• Contribute to the development of intellectual property.

Requirements

Education

• PhD in Biotechnology or related field
• Relevant certifications will be advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of practical experience in a laboratory setting
