We are looking for a passionate Online Educator who can effectively engage and inspire students through digital learning environments. As an Online Educator, you will be responsible for creating interactive lesson plans and facilitating online classes that foster educational growth.

Responsibilities

• Create and curate educational resources and materials for online delivery.
• Deliver synchronous and asynchronous classes to maximize student engagement.
• Analyze student data to refine teaching methods and curricula.
• Support students in using digital tools and learning platforms.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
• Teaching certification is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in online teaching or education.

Technical Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with LMS: Familiarity with Learning Management Systems such as Moodle or Blackboard.
