As a Food Batchmaker, you will be responsible for measuring and weighing raw materials according to specific recipes. You will operate blending equipment to ensure high-quality products while maintaining safety and cleanliness in the workplace.
Responsibilities
Prepare raw materials for blending according to specified recipes.
Monitor blending equipment to ensure consistent quality.
Conduct routine quality checks and report any discrepancies.
Document all blending processes and results accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized working environment.
Adhere to safety and health guidelines in all operations.
Work with the production team to optimize blending processes.
Assist in training new batchmakers on operational procedures.
Participate in team meetings to discuss improvements.
Identify areas for process enhancements in batch production.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Relevant certification in blending or related field is beneficial
Experience
Previous experience working with hazardous chemicals is a plus.
