You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and present findings in a meaningful way.

Responsibilities

• Utilize SQL and other tools to extract and analyze data.
• Develop and automate reporting processes across the organization.
• Engage with business units to identify data needs and objectives.
• Monitor data systems and ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Conduct A/B testing and other experimental methodologies.
• Provide training to team members on data tools and methodologies.
• Participate in data governance initiatives to maintain compliance.
• Innovate new methods for data collection and analysis.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
