Penetration Tester

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Penetration Tester to join our cybersecurity team. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating computer systems and networks to identify vulnerabilities and recommend solutions to strengthen security.

Responsibilities

• Perform risk assessments and identify potential cybersecurity threats.
• Manage penetration testing engagements from start to finish.
• Document findings and provide actionable recommendations.
• Engage with clients to explain vulnerabilities and mitigation steps.
• Create and maintain security policy documentation.
• Lead internal workshops on security best practices.
• Research and recommend new security tools and methodologies.
• Assist in incident response efforts during security breaches.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure compliance with security protocols.
• Review and enhance security policies based on testing outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or Information Systems

Experience

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in penetration testing and cybersecurity
