Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will be the first point of contact for all IT-related queries in our East London office. Your role will involve troubleshooting various technical issues, providing solutions, and assisting in maintaining IT infrastructure. We are looking for someone with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to user requests for technical assistance.
  • Perform routine maintenance on systems and software.
  • Help monitor system performance and security.
  • Document support interactions and technical procedures.
  • Facilitate IT training and user education sessions.
  • Identify potential areas for improvement in IT services.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory of IT assets.
  • Collaborate with vendors for repairs and service agreements.
  • Conduct regular audits of IT infrastructure.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient IT support desk.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant IT certifications or training (e.g., A+, N+)
Experience
  • 2+ years in a technical support role
