Responsibilities

  • Manage IT requests via the ticketing system.
  • Provide guidance and support to users troubleshooting issues.
  • Evaluate and recommend new software and hardware solutions.
  • Contribute to training materials for end-users.
  • Maintain inventory of IT assets and equipment.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees with IT setups.
  • Work with IT management to implement tech strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support roles.
