Responsibilities

• Perform physical examinations and health screenings.
• Evaluate patient histories and current health issues.
• Coordinate patient care with other medical professionals.
• Provide support and education to patients regarding their health needs.
• Document patient interactions and health information accurately.
• Lead patient education workshops on chronic disease management.
• Engage in community health outreach programs.
• Mentor junior nursing staff and students.

Requirements

Education

• Master’s degree in Nursing
• Family Nurse Practitioner certification preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a clinical nurse role

• Basic Life Support (BLS)
