As an Online Educator, you will facilitate engaging virtual classes, develop comprehensive curriculum materials, and support students in their learning journey. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in online teaching and a commitment to student success.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute live sessions and recorded lectures that cater to different learning styles.
• Evaluate and improve online course content based on student feedback and performance data.
• Mentor and guide students in academic writing and research methodologies.
• Utilize learning management systems (LMS) to track student progress and facilitate learning.
• Foster a positive online classroom culture that promotes inclusiveness and respect.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Postgraduate qualification in Education is preferable

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in teaching, with a focus on online education

Technical Skills

• Video Conferencing Tools
• Digital Assessment Tools

Soft Skills

• Critical Thinking
• Time Management

Certifications

• Google Certified Educator

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
