Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Environmental Engineer to join our team in Pietermaritzburg. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and implementing environmental solutions that adhere to regulatory standards. You will work closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective and sustainable projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead fieldwork and data collection for environmental studies.
• Review project plans to ensure environmental compliance.
• Implement site remediation plans as required.
• Work with teams to develop sustainable design solutions.
• Document and report on environmental performance and metrics.
• Conduct stakeholder consultations to gather input.
• Prepare regulatory filings and ensure timely submissions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field
• Master's degree in Environmental Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of relevant experience in environmental projects
