Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Remote Help Desk Technician to join our IT support team. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving client issues efficiently and effectively. Your technical expertise will contribute to enhancing client satisfaction, ensuring they make the best use of our services.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming support requests promptly and professionally.
• Identify and escalate more complex issues to senior technicians.
• Assist in maintaining a knowledge base for support desk processes.
• Collaborate with vendors as needed for hardware and software issues.
• Perform routine maintenance on client software installations.
• Provide feedback to management to improve support processes.
• Contribute to team meetings by sharing insights and suggestions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in an IT support role

• Active Directory

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals

Languages
