As a Process Engineer in our Cape Town office, you will be responsible for driving process improvements and implementing innovative solutions. We're looking for a proactive individual with a passion for engineering excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement initiatives and performance monitoring.
• Utilise Six Sigma methodologies to enhance production quality.
• Collaborate with research and development for new product introductions.
• Conduct training sessions on best practices for engineering processes.
• Support cost reduction initiatives while maintaining product quality.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of progressive process engineering experience

Technical Skills

• Process Simulation Software
• Quality Control Techniques

Soft Skills

• Team Leadership
• Time Management

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software: Ability to create detailed process layout and design schematics.
• Experience in project management methodologies: Familiarity with methodologies like Agile or Waterfall for managing projects.
