Job Description

We are looking for a strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives. You will manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to performance management, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the HR team in executing HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Develop succession planning and talent management programs.
  • Conduct regular workplace assessments to gauge employee satisfaction.
  • Implement competitive compensation and benefits packages.
  • Participate in budgeting and resource allocation for HR activities.
  • Cultivate a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Coordinate employee recognition and reward programs.
  • Manage HR information systems (HRIS) to streamline processes.
  • Collaborate with external agencies for HR compliance and training.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Master's degree preferred

  • 5+ years in a managerial HR role
