Responsibilities
Administer payroll functions ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Compile and review payroll data and employee records.
Respond to payroll questions from management and staff.
Prepare year-end payroll tax documents and maintain compliance.
Work with external auditors during payroll audits.
Train and support finance team in payroll software utilization.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPAs or other payroll certifications are a plus
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll management
