Job Description

Join our team as a Payroll Specialist, where you will manage payroll procedures from start to finish, ensuring adherence to laws and regulations. Ideal candidates will have experience in payroll software and a keen understanding of tax regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Administer payroll functions ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Compile and review payroll data and employee records.
  • Respond to payroll questions from management and staff.
  • Prepare year-end payroll tax documents and maintain compliance.
  • Work with external auditors during payroll audits.
  • Train and support finance team in payroll software utilization.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • CPAs or other payroll certifications are a plus
Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll management
