Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality grooming services, ensuring pet safety and comfort.
• Communicate with pet owners regarding their pets' grooming preferences.
• Assist in training junior staff on grooming procedures and practices.
• Maintain accurate records of services provided to pets.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certification from a recognized grooming school preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience with diverse grooming needs

Technical Skills

• Grooming Equipment Proficiency
• Pet First Aid

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in customer service roles: Ability to interact positively with clients and address their needs.
