You will play a vital role in helping clients achieve their beauty goals through personalized skincare regimens and treatments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct skin analyses to determine treatments that best suit each client's skin type.
• Manage appointment bookings and client follow-ups effectively.
• Collaborate with other beauty professionals for a cohesive service experience.
• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Participate in promotional events to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Aesthetic Therapy or equivalent

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in the beauty or wellness industry

Technical Skills

• Client Consultations

Soft Skills

• Problem Solving

Certifications

• CIDESCO Diploma
• NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Conversational

Advantageous

• Experience with laser treatments: Knowledge and experience in performing laser hair removal and skin rejuvenation.
• Spa Management Experience: Prior experience in a spa management role is a plus.
