Job Description

Join us as a Healthcare Administrator where you will ensure the seamless operation of our healthcare services in Cape Town. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating with healthcare providers, and improving overall patient satisfaction through effective solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily healthcare operations to ensure a smooth running of the facility.
  • Manage staff schedules and coordinate weekly meetings.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to improve care delivery.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial management for the healthcare facility.
  • Conduct patient satisfaction surveys and implement feedback mechanisms.
  • Coordinate with external healthcare providers for patient referrals and consultations.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Supervise administrative staff and provide ongoing training.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
