Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our administrative support team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for inputting data accurately, maintaining records, and ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible. This role demands strong attention to detail, as well as excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Input and manage large volumes of data with high accuracy.
  • Perform routine data entry tasks as assigned by the Office Manager.
  • Assist in compiling reports based on data analysis.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Support administrative staff with various tasks as required.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role preferred
